Ralph Simon (64), Daryl Davies (53) and Joanne Jones (45) were arrested following a series of police raids last week.
The trio appeared at the Magistrate’s Court, where jurisdiction was declined due to the seriousness of the allegations.
The defendants are due to appear before the lower court again on Monday 23 October, when their case is expected to be formally committed to the Royal Court.
All three were remanded in custody following the hearing.
About £240,000 worth of cannabis and more than £100,000 in cash were recovered in the raids, according to the States police.
