WITH a team of 45 reporters, photographers, sports and feature writers and production journalists, the Jersey Evening Post offers the Island's most comprehensive daily round-up of news, information and entertainment.
Jersey's only newspaper, founded in 1890 and now able to claim one of the highest pro rata circulations of any area in Britain, has a strong tradition of community coverage in keeping with its masthead slogan: At the heart of Island life.
With a tradition of political independence and a readership embracing all sections of the Island community, the newspaper is one of the last in Britain still to be substantially owned by its founding family. It now forms part of the Guiton Group's publishing division, together with its sister paper, the Guernsey Press.

Letters are accepted for publication only on the understanding that they may be edited. Correspondents are required to provide their full names and postal addresses. Only in exceptional circumstances will letters be published anonymously.
Editorial space is limited, so letters should be concise and to the point.

Back copies of the Jersey Evening Post, dating back 4 months can be purchased from the Jersey Evening Post Reception at Five Oaks, St Saviour. Open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
