Channel Island company Comsure Training Services Ltd has compiled a course that gives new recruits insight into the finance sector and aims to help them decide which area they are most suited to. Entitled ‘fundamentals of business’, the programme will teach the recruits about how they slot into the bigger picture of finance and will provide training on the principles of fund, company and trust administration.
Companies can opt to send their new recruits on a selection of courses or on individual courses specifically related to their new job.
