Digital course supplies new staff

XRM Architects provides Customer Relationship Management consulting services, but also develops software which reduces administration around compliance reporting. Two of its key staff have been recruited from the Digital Jersey Coding programme.

The new recruits are Mark Stephenson, who joins as associate director from Prosperity 247, and Carys Williams, who undertook the six-month coding course.

Greg Szewczyk, has been promoted to business solutions consultant. Mr Szewczyk is also a graduate of the coding course.

Simon Jackson, founder and director of XRM Architects, said: ‘We are creating software which we can sell to multiple off-shore jurisdictions, Guernsey being an easy target, but also the Cayman Islands which has beneficial ownership reporting requirements. We focus on smaller firms which don’t have their own tools to integrate with the larger systems, or the development teams in-house.’ XRM Architects was based at the Digital Jersey Hub, but has now moved into its own office space.
