This morning’s storm is thought to have brought over an inch of rain, but so far the Island has remained unscathed.The storms have come from France, where at least four people have been killed as a result of the weather.A storm warning issued by France’s national weather service remained in effect until noon today as storms hit the coastal areas of Brittany, Normandy and parts of the Loire Valley.
