P & R have put a proposition to the States to hand a prime £10 million waterfront site to Les Pas in return for dropping its legal claim to the St Helier foreshore.The revelation was made by Senator Terry Le Sueur in response to a question from Senator Paul Le Claire at last night’s public meeting in St Martin on the Les Pas issue.
However, Senator Le Sueur did not say at that time that he was one of the three who had declared a shareholder interest to the P & R Committee.The other committee shareholders are Deputy Maurice Dubras and St Ouen Constable Ken Vibert.
