The Constables Committee has asked drivers to check the expiry date of their licence and, if necessary, renew it as soon as possible.The committee’s vice-chairman, St Ouen Constable Ken Vibert, said that although all the parishes were geared up for the bulk renewal of driving licences, it would ease the workload of all parish hall staff if people could apply as soon as possible.
The price for a full five-year licence remains £25.
