Celtics called a time out to change their defence to cut out the sharpshooting of Warriors’ Nick Jewell and the extra pressure made all the difference as Warriors began to miss their shots and turnover the ball.Celtics began their comeback and started to fastbreak using Mark Wilson’s speed to finish off and brought the score to a more respectable 18-12 to Warriors at the end of the first quarter.In the next Celtics worked very hard on defence and maintained pressure on Jewell to reduce Warriors’ scoring threat while their outside shots at the other end were not dropping.

However, with Wilson’s speed on fast breaks and Chris Byrne’s power inside the key, Celtics went ahead 21-20 in the fourth minute.

Warriors were unable to match the pace and eventually lost the quarter.Celtics denied Jewell and kept him to only two points in the second half and Unnar Eliasson played a key role for Celtics as he controlled the ball well and slowed things down when needed.
