The company are expecting people to queue overnight to secure one of the 147 luxury apartments being released at 9 am tomorrow.
The apartments will be sold on a first come, first served basis and prices range from £150,000 to ?1.5 million.
Le Capelain House, which is the first phase of development to be released, includes commercial units on the first floor as well as the 147 apartments on floors one to five. The developments are due for completion at the end of 2011.
