The G-Room in Bath Street opened last August, but owner Carl Southam found that more women than men were coming into the shop to inquire about treatments, so he decided to become a unisex salon. The venue offers facials, massages, St Tropez tans and body wraps to customers, who can have a free glass of wine or other alcoholic drink after 4 pm while they get their hair done.
