Philip Hooper, managing director of Citibank in the Channel Islands presented certificates to successful students in areas such as accounting and advanced bookkeeping, financial services management, personnel practice and offshore administration.
Mr Hooper came to Jersey over 20 years ago and used to be a tutor at Highlands College on the offshore trust and company investment module.
