Polish Opportunities Fund 1 is investing in real estate in the west of the country and on the Baltic coast.
Horizon director David Francis said that he had been visiting Poland regularly over the past two years and had found it to be a beautiful country with friendly, well-educated and hardworking people and an enviable place to do business.
Presenting the fund to prospective clients, he said that there had been rapid economic growth in Poland in the last ten years, with property prices rising by around 15% per annum and membership of the European Union having a positive impact.
