THOUSANDS of football fans are in Russia for the Champions League final tonight, including supporters of both teams from Jersey.
Chelsea fans Chris Cook and Richard Barnett will arrive in Moscow today to watch the game between Chelsea and Manchester United at the Olympic Luzhniki stadium and be back on British soil within the day.
Mr Cook has recovered from seeing his side lose to United in the Premier League title race last week and is adamant that the Blues can now get their revenge.
‘I never had any hope that we would win the league, not with Man Utd’s luck,’ he said. ‘But that has only given our players an added incentive for this game. It will be like last year when they won the league and it made us fired up to win the FA Cup against them later.’
