I WAS rather amused to read Mr Ross’s letter containing advice for Senator Syvret (JEP, 13 November).
It brought to mind another carpenter, 2,000 years ago, who was often a thorn in the side of authority, wasn’t afraid to rock the boat, and whose birthday will be celebrated by quite a few people on 25 December.
