A RECIPIENT of my £100 gift wrote me a thank-you card, but unfortunately failed to put a stamp on it.
I was surprised to see on the envelope ‘£1.15 to pay’, and then a red stamp saying ‘Jersey Post charges waived’. We are lucky to have such a kind and thoughtful Postal department.
