The Planning Committee recently gave the go-ahead to an application to refurbish units at the industrial park and Camerons have now been appointed as the contractor for the project.
The nine-month project is expected to get under way in mid-May. Prior to starting work, the Future Hospital team and Camerons say they will engage with local residents.
Letters have been sent to those living near the industrial park providing details of the engagement process and giving contact details for those with any queries or concerns.
