A MAN charged with terror offences and having indecent images of children is due to appear in court today.
Daniel Michael McMillan is charged with one count of possession of articles for a terrorist purpose and three counts of possessing documents or records containing information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
He is also charged with one count of making prohibited images of children and two counts of making indecent photographs of children.
Mr McMillan is due to appear in the Royal Court this morning, when the charges will be formally presented.
