A NEW St Aubin bistro with regular live music is still on track to open within weeks, according to the owners.
The Slip will operate from the former Nude Food site at La Haule, after La Haule Manor purchased the site last month.
Hotel manager Rafal Feliniak said the new bistro would keep the same style and feel of the former restaurant. He added that he expected to share more details when the opening date was announced.
Last November, the founders of Nude Food suddenly announced that the hospitality business had ceased trading, saying that “tireless” efforts to secure further investment had been unsuccessful.
