The 20-year-old, who studies at Tennessee Wesleyan University in the United States, trained with manager Martin Cassidy’s squad last week having recently returned to Jersey for the summer break.
Ben Gallichan and Adam Trotter – late additions to Jersey’s Muratti squad – have also been named for Gotland, along with central defender Connor O’Shea – a Championship winner with St Clement this term.
Chris Andrews and James Carolan have dropped out of the training squad.
