West Brom came back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Liverpool.
Late goals from Jake Livermore and Salomon Rondon earned the Baggies a share of the spoils which leaves them eight points behind fourth-bottom Swansea with three games left, though their relegation could still be confirmed as early as Sunday.
Danny Ings’ first Premier League goal in 931 days was followed by Mohamed Salah’s 31st league goal of the season but Jurgen Klopp’s side conceded twice in the last 11 minutes.
Tweet of the match
7 – Salomon Rondon has equalled the record for most Premier League games scored in a single season without winning any of them (7, level with Jordan Ayew in 2015-16). Misfortune.

The Hawthorns erupted when the Venezuela striker rose to head home Chris Brunt’s free-kick to complete the comeback after 88 minutes. West Brom fans know their team will probably still be relegated, but at least they are showing some fight these days.
Data point
31 – Mohamed Salah has scored 31 Premier League goals this season – the joint-most by a player in a 38-game PL campaign (also Alan Shearer 95-96, Cristiano Ronaldo 07-08, Luis Suarez 13-14). Elite. pic.twitter.com/6xq5A1WTJe
