According to the States police, the group of men are offering their services to clean patios and driveways.
The force says: ‘We strongly recommend that if you are, at any time, offered services from companies or workers from outside of the Island, you should check they have a valid working permit and do not hand over any money unless you are sure the work is being carried out lawfully.’
