Warning of possible flooding along Jersey’s south coast

The orange warning – the second-highest level of alert – is for the high tides on Tuesday.

It states: ‘Tide Warning for tomorrow (Tuesday) – Waves breaking over sea walls are expected to cause problems with water and debris on roads along Jersey’s south coast.

‘Some flooding may occur, in particular on the morning tide. Morning high tide is 11.1m at 5.51am and evening high tide is 11.2m at 6.10pm.
