Help me with rocket costs

The former policeman and Senatorial candidate has spent more than 200 nights sleeping in a caravan at a secret location, guarding the 125,000 rockets he planned to launch to regain his world record and provide a spectacular finish to last year’s Battle of Flowers.

The attempt was called off when the Environment Department said that he could be prosecuted under the Water Pollution Law if the attempt went ahead.

He is facing a £40,000 bill for the rockets, their insurance and their transport costs.

And now that the States have confirmed they will not help him with the bill, he is making a last-ditch plea to Members for aid.
