Santa Cruz is the destination for the region’s next stars for the 2018 Junior European Championships – an event already familiar to the likes of former Team GB U16 girls captain Kitty Brewer, Gabrielle Taylor and Claudia Cosgrove, who all also travelled to Japan last year for the World Championships.
Kade Penny also made the journey to Hyuga last September, and will appear on the Atlantic coast for the nine-day event alongside team-mates Theo Cabot, Jean Louis Pritchard, Byron Stolte, Max Bennett and Mitch Rogers.
