A man is due to appear in court after a body was found in North Lanarkshire.
The discovery was made at around 1.55am on Monday in Suna Path, near Laggan Avenue, Shotts.
Police Scotland confirmed that a 32-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 48-year-old man.
He is due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
