The inaugural Jersey Live Music Weekender organised by promoters +Positiv is likely to be the largest outdoor music event in the Island this year, with a potential 8,000 visitors over the two days.The festival will feature eight UK tribute acts, supported by six Jersey bands, playing on an imported stage which has been used at major festivals such as Glastonbury, Reading and V.The Complete Stone Roses will headline on Saturday as the culmination of a day which also includes Oasis tribute Wonderwall, the LA Doors and Jimi Hendrix act, Are You Experienced, along with Jersey bands Eclipse, The Cryptics and Wilmor.
U2 tribute Zoo2 headline the following evening after The Jamm & Paul Weller Experience, The Stereotonics and The Beautiful Southmartins supported by Jersey acts Sgt Pipon, Suzy’s Field and the Pantalons.
