The Harbours and Airport Committee yesterday met the French receiver currently determining Emeraude’s future and both parties agreed to participate in a viability study to find out if the route is a ‘natural monopoly’ or able to sustain more than one car-carrying operator.he study will be completed before Condor and Emeraude’s ramp licences are renewed in 2004.
Both expire at the end of the year.
