In a statement on its Facebook page the States police say that there were ‘no indications at present’ that any Jersey residents were involved in the incident which killed seven people and injured 48.
The force added that it was also monitoring the incident on London Bridge in respect to the Island’s security.
The statement adds: ‘Our thoughts are with those killed and injured, their families and others affected.’
