Sandra Pereira Fernandes (24), of Plat Douet Road, St Clement, faces three charges of fraud, as well as one charge of transferring the proceeds of criminal property from her bank account to that of a relative.
She was granted bail following a recent Magistrate’s Court hearing with conditions that she has no contact with named witnesses and does not leave the Island without the consent of the court.
The case was adjourned until 3 May and a formal committal hearing is due to take place on 31 May.
