The incident happened at about 1.15pm on Thursday outside the Royal Hotel. The 23-year-old suffered minor injuries and was discharged on Thursday afternoon.
The driver of the blue Ford Fiesta involved in the incident was a 59-year-old woman.
The road was closed while the area was cleared.
